Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. There will be no refunds if the image does not press correctly because a sublimation substrate was not used or user error.

All 12oz kid's size tumblers are sized at approximately 9"3x5"3 inches. Please note that this design was made in part with AI software and then edited via Canva/Photoshop/Procreate to add new elements, font wording, and filters to produce a new image at 300dpi.

**Please Read**
We do not recommend printing from a cutting software like Cricut Design Space or Silhouette. This is NOT a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape work perfectly fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software and we cannot offer guidance on printing from them.
